Job Title: Senior Data Product Lead

This is a strategic and user-focused role that will lead the development and lifecycle of internal data solutions. The successful candidate will enable business users to access and leverage data through intuitive interfaces.

The key responsibilities include defining the strategic vision for data capabilities, leading the development of data products, partnering with business units and analytics teams, and managing the full product lifecycle from discovery to deployment and continuous improvement.

  • Use insights to evolve products and ensure compliance with governance principles
  • Collaborate with engineering and platform teams for seamless integration
  • Mentor junior product managers and foster a collaborative team culture

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in product management, ideally in data platforms and analytics
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, and integration
  • Experience with cross-functional teams (engineering, analytics, UX/UI, business)
  • Skilled in agile delivery, stakeholder engagement, and iterative product development
  • Analytical mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences
