Job Description

Deliver exceptional individualized care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being. This role involves providing flexible and high-quality care services, including personal care, domestic assistance, and social support.

You will work closely with clients to develop personalized care plans, ensuring their unique needs are met. You will also maintain accurate records of client care and respond to emergency situations using first aid skills.

Requirements
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or a related field is highly desirable
  • Current Australian Driver's License and willingness to travel
  • Registered and insured vehicle

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Confidence in using technology
