Job Description

As a Care Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to residents in an aged care home, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily living assistance such as showering, personal hygiene, dressing, help at mealtimes and with general mobility.
  • Assist with medication and simple wound dressings.
  • Support residents in community-based recreational and social activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will ideally hold a Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent qualification. You will also have previous experience in aged or community care, or a passion to begin your career in aged care if you're studying or have recently become qualified.
