Seeking a National Client Manager to lead our People Solutions division. As an industry leader, you will build and manage a large national client portfolio, leveraging existing relationships within the insurance industry and distribution partners.

  • Actively manage and develop a business portfolio with a focus on profitable growth.
  • Develop positive relationships with clients and identify new business prospects or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Ensure service delivery in line with agreements and provide advice as required.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure their insurance and risk management needs are fully met.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
  • A high level of attention to detail, quality standards, and compliance.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements include:

  • Relevant Allied Health Diploma AND / OR Undergraduate Degree.
  • Extensive Workers Compensation experience (10+ years).
  • Moderate to high level of proficiency in MS Office.
  • WinBEAT / OrganiseIT experience or other similar software experience.
