- Identify high-calibre new Team Members, ensuring stock is maintained and accurate.
- Stay up-to-date with pet care knowledge, products, and services, promoting a fun and supportive environment.
- Support local marketing opportunities and sponsorships proactively.
- Leadership experience in a similar store role or career progression as a Retail Store Manager.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales, leveraging strong leadership skills to motivate and build high-performing teams.
- Able to foster a positive culture of safety, manage priorities effectively, and demonstrate business acumen.
- High degree of interpersonal and communication skills.
