Pet Care Sales Associate

We are seeking proactive individuals to join our sales team as Sales Assistants. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing an outstanding shopping experience.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service with a focus on meeting customer needs and exceeding expectations.
- Maintaining high standards of product knowledge and presentation to ensure customers receive accurate information and guidance.
- Supporting the sales floor with strong merchandising skills to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
- Working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve results and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in a high-volume retail environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with composure under stress and pressure.
- Flexibility regarding working days and hours, including weekends.
