Job Title: Sales Associate

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing product knowledge and recommendations, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for animals and a strong interest in pet care. They will have excellent communication skills, be highly motivated, and be able to work well in a team. The ideal candidate will also have experience in a retail environment, preferably in a high-volume, customer-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, responding to their needs, and providing personalized product recommendations.
  2. Assist customers with product selection and provide knowledgeable advice on pet care.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and arranging displays.
  4. Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
  5. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.

Requirements:

  • A genuine love for animals and a strong interest in pet care.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a high-volume, customer-focused setting.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage and assist customers of all ages.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
