Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain health and safety policies and procedures that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to health and safety teams across the organization.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement health and safety training programs.
- Monitor and report on health and safety performance metrics and trends.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in a field such as occupational health and safety or a related discipline.
- Significant experience in a health and safety leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
