Key Responsibilities:

  • Scale customer acquisition across multiple channels with our in-house marketing tech and performance media team.
  • Lead paid social content strategy - generate and test ideas, brief graphic designers/creators, and optimise to maximise efficiency and conversion.
  • Run a continuous test-measure-learn process across creatives, targeting, and landing experiences.
  • Champion pilots across new channels & platforms targeted at customer acquisition, building efficient and scalable growth engines.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years in growth, performance, or digital marketing, ideally in tech, e-commerce, or high-growth environments.
  • Experience scaling paid digital campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Data literate, able to use insights to drive optimisations and inform decisions.
  • Solid experience with budget management and Excel/Sheets.
  • A strong balance of analytical chops and creative spark; have worked closely with creative teams and/or creators to develop high-performing ads.
