Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive the development of our leadership, learning, and workforce capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by designing and implementing company-wide programs that strengthen leadership, facilitate workforce planning, and improve employee development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategies and implement solutions to enhance talent and leadership programs
  • Build strong relationships and influence senior leaders and teams to align and embed programs with strategic goals
  • Support the facilitation of workshops, training sessions, and coaching programs
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering development experiences, programs and processes at large and complex organizations
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to inform learning strategies, measure program effectiveness, and demonstrate business impact
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies
  • Tertiary qualification or degree in HR, OD, or equivalent
