Albury Wodonga Health is seeking a highly skilled Service Development Manager to lead a program of works that supports sustainable service delivery reforms. As a key member of our Operations team, you will work closely with senior leaders to facilitate strategic planning and effective implementation of priorities.

About the Job

The Service Development Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading a programmed of works that supports sustainable service delivery reforms.
  • Working with senior leaders to facilitate strategic planning and effective implementation of priorities.
  • Applying AWH service development and project methodology to support the delivery of successful projects and initiatives.

Requirements

We are seeking candidates with:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification/s in healthcare.
  • Program and/or Portfolio Management experience and a minimum of 3 years project management experience in the health service sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage successful outcomes in complex projects.
  • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently and the ability to manage competing priorities.
