Job Title:

Injection Moulding Technician - Shift Supervisor

This is a challenging opportunity to join a leading manufacturer within the plastic injection moulding industry.

The organisation's injection moulding facility in Minto specialises in contract injection moulding across a broad range of industries, as well as supporting a strong range of proprietary products, with machines ranging from 160T to 1400T.

You will be heavily involved in a facility incorporating robotics, automated moulding processes and tool making.

As an experienced die setting / moulding technician, you will play a key role in setting up, starting and improving injection moulding processes ideally gained within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Setting, starting up and monitoring moulds in plastic injection moulding machines
  • Maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Optimisation and working with other team members to ensure efficient and quality production output

This is a permanent role with the opportunity for shift work on a rotating or permanent basis. Located in South-Western Sydney.

Requirements:

  • Australian citizenship and full working rights to work in Australia
  • Current Forklift license preferred
