Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Administrator to join our team in FedEx Australia. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for managing and implementing specialized logistics solutions from start to finish.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing complex movements of goods, including sensitive or urgent freight for government and commercial customers.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including customers, courier staff, and third-party contract hires.
  • Ensuring critical freight is moved efficiently and all consignments are proactively monitored throughout their journey.
  • Booking and coordinating external contract carriers as needed.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Positive attitude and ability to think outside the norm.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to fast-changing priorities.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to work in a team environment.
