Senior Nurse Leader Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced senior nursing professional to fill a critical leadership role in our rehabilitation team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day clinical and resource management, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care and services.
This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage resources effectively and efficiently.

- Work collaboratively with other managers to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
- Assist in shaping organisational strategy and improving service delivery.
- Deliver high-quality patient care and services.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for seeing their team members succeed and grow while delivering outstanding patient care and services.
Requirements:- You must be a registered nurse with relevant experience in acute or rehabilitation nursing.
- You should have a minimum of 8 years post-graduate experience in a similar department or as a senior nurse looking to step into a management role.
- Effective rostering and duty allocation skills are essential.
- A commitment to excellence in delivery of outcomes is required.
- You must have WHS responsibility and leadership in risk minimisation.
- Ongoing activity analysis and effective resource management skills are necessary.
