About This Opportunity- You will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through the process of buying, investing, or refinancing.
- Qualify leads, set appointments with expert brokers, and play a key role in connecting customers with our property hub – an ecosystem designed to support them at every stage of their property journey.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and determine how we can assist.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book pre-qualified appointments into brokers' schedules.
- Identify opportunities for customers to refinance, purchase property, or explore lending options.
- Encourage customers to engage with our online platform, streamlining their loan process before their broker appointment.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and be part of a high-energy, goal-driven team.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
- Sales, retail, customer service, or call centre experience (preferred but not essential).
- A keen interest in property, finance, or mortgage broking.
- Drive and resilience to meet goals and maximise earning potential.
- Unrestricted Australian working rights.
- Uncapped earning potential – Base salary + weekly performance bonuses. OTE averages $80K, with top performers earning $100K+.
