Reputable education and training provider seeks skilled professional to develop and deliver learning activities for Community Health Services programs.
Casual VET Trainer/Assessor and Resource DeveloperThis role involves delivering engaging learning activities, assessing student competency, and designing high-quality resources.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop educational materials that meet course requirements.
- Provide expert support and feedback to students during the course.
- Validate assessment items and judgments.
- Develop a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Qualification in a relevant field at or above the course you will teach.
- Completion of Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
- Course resource and assessment development experience.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Aged Care or Disability Support Worker role.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to engage with students, and manage academic and non-academic issues effectively.
