We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Haircut Specialist. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing high-quality hair cutting and grooming services. Your expertise will be utilized to enhance the appearance of our clients, ensuring they leave our establishment feeling confident and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train junior stylists and provide guidance on new techniques and products
  • Consult with clients to understand their hair needs and preferences
  • Cut, style and color hair using a range of techniques and equipment
  • Provide services such as bleaching, permanent waving, straightening and tinting
  • Maintain client records and manage cash register and computer systems
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years work experience in the hairdressing industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of current hairdressing trends and techniques
