National Events Coordinator Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented and organized professional with excellent communication skills? Do you have experience in event planning and execution?

Job Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking an Event Coordinator to assist in organizing and executing various events across different platforms.
  • You will provide on-site support for events across regions, including travel as required.
  • You will communicate and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will contribute innovative ideas for improving client experiences.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in event planning and execution is essential.
  • Competent project management and multitasking skills are necessary for this role.
  • Experience collaborating with external suppliers (venues, AV, caterers, etc) is preferred.
