Job Title

A dynamic and results-driven National Events Coordinator is required to join our team. This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in the execution of strategic events and sponsorship activations.

About the Role

This 12-month fixed term contract position is based in Warrang – Sydney. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the National Sponsorship and Events Team in organizing and executing a variety of events, including hospitality events, technical and internal office events. And support in arranging virtual events across different platforms.
  • Provide on-site support for events across the regions including travel as required.
  • Communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Contribute innovative ideas for improving client experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills allowing you to collaborate and work with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
  • Prior experience in event planning and execution.
  • Competent in project management and multitasking.
  • Experience in collaborating with external suppliers (venues, AV, caterers, etc.)
