**Job Overview:**

The role of Maintenance Supervisor encompasses the implementation and supervision of maintenance programs, ensuring a safe working environment and high-quality operations. You will lead a team of 7 in their daily tasks, providing support to operational employees and supervisors as needed.

This position requires a strong focus on cyclical maintenance, timely reactive responses, and preventative maintenance measures. Additionally, you will be responsible for supervising maintenance employees, promoting a culture of safety, and driving WHSE initiatives.

A key aspect of this role is meeting performance targets through effective systems and processes. The ideal candidate will possess trade qualifications, experience in production manufacturing, and leadership skills.

You will also have hands-on experience with maintenance systems, excellent communication skills, and a demonstrated commitment to safety leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and supervise cyclical maintenance programs
  • Provide timely reactive maintenance responses
  • Support and implement preventative maintenance
  • Supervise maintenance employees
  • Drive WHSE initiatives
  • Meet performance targets

Requirements:

  • Trade qualification or relevant production manufacturing experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in maintenance, production manufacturing, or a similar background
  • Leadership experience with demonstrated skills
  • Hands-on experience with maintenance systems
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety leadership
