Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to lead our facility practices compliance assessment.

This role will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing labor, environmental, health & safety conditions, business ethics in manufacturing settings across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct risk-based audits and on-site visits to assess facility practices.
  • Monitor and ensure the operation of quality systems in facilities.
  • Implement Integrity Compliance Programs and provide surveillance.
  • Verify certificates and monitor employee/contractor performance.
  • Re-enforce Compliance Policies with suppliers and support program planning teams.
  • Conduct ethical sourcing audits according to KPIs.
  • Review reports and submit them in a timely manner.
  • Support auditors and update them on local laws and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • APSCA Auditor certification preferably CSCA.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work autonomously.
  • Knowledge of ISO systems and Corporate Social Responsibility systems.
