As a Customer Service Operations Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality customer support across ANZ. This role requires strategic oversight and leadership skills to drive process improvement and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a large-scale team managing multiple Team Leaders and frontline staff focused on transaction processing.
- Drive operational improvement by challenging current processes and streamlining service delivery.
