We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team as a Health Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a positive impact in the lives of others.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

Key responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments of candidates, providing counseling interventions as needed, referring clients to external support services, and evaluating progress towards goals.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to provide training and guidance to colleagues on psychological services and procedures.

Required qualifications include a relevant tertiary qualification in psychology or counseling, with eligibility for registration with APHRA or ACA/PACFA respectively. Experience working within employment services is highly regarded but not essential.

The role also requires knowledge of psychology assessment/intervention strategies, exceptional communication and rapport-building skills, and the ability to construct accurate and articulate case reports.
