Product Management Role

As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for driving the commercial success of our Aftermarket products.

  • Define and lead product strategy to drive business growth
  • Develop and execute product roadmaps to meet market demands
  • Determine product specifications, production timelines, pricing, and plans for product launches
  • Drive action throughout the organization to get products to market on time
  • Plan and carry out product launches with maximum impact
  • Support product profitability and commercial success by owning the business case
  • Provide insights to stakeholders on products and markets to inform decision-making
  • Support sales teams with customer queries, bids, and projects to drive revenue growth
  • Manage in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues to maintain high customer satisfaction levels

We value broad and deep experience in product management. We seek individuals with technical competency and personal capability, specifically:

  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering or related fields, such as computer science or mathematics
  • Certifications in business, scrum master, or agile project management are highly desirable
  • 4+ years of experience in product management, covering hardware, firmware, and software (cloud products preferred)
  • 4+ years of experience across product delivery and associated support services
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial and business strategies to drive growth
  • Complex stakeholder management experience to build strong relationships
  • Understanding of agile methodologies to deliver results efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders
  • High-level leadership and people management skills to inspire and motivate teams
