About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Membership Development Representative to join our team at Collective Wellness Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving membership sales and reaching sales targets, while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the club operates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive membership sales and reach sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Ensure the club is clean, safe, and operating efficiently on a daily basis
  • Achieve sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis through proactive sales efforts
  • Promote the club within the local community through marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Uphold the requirements for security and OH&S, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for members and staff
  • Create a fun, friendly, and focused club environment where staff love to work and members love to work out
Requirements
  • Sales experience or strong customer service experience
  • Solid understanding of targets, KPIs, and lead generation
  • Passionate about health and fitness with a genuine care to help others
  • Self-motivated, willing to listen and learn to grow professionally and personally
  • Proactive – offer opinions, feedback, and new ideas in partnership with management
  • Certificate III or IV in Fitness (highly desirable, not essential)
  • First Aid/CPR certificate
  • Working with Children (Blue Card) and Police Check Certificate
