Compounding Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Compounding Specialist to join our team in a full-time permanent position.

In this role, you will be responsible for the production process—manufacturing sterile medications and solutions according to established protocols, ensuring accuracy, safety, and quality.

This includes preparing and compounding Chemotherapy, Antibiotics, and Nutritional products for hospitals and patients. You will ensure that all tasks are performed with precision and attention to detail, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Baxter's Standard Operating Procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Picking and preparing raw materials with high accuracy
  • Aseptically compounding (mixing) sterile solutions under controlled conditions
  • Packing of finished units for each order including final inspection of products
  • Labelling and dispatching of prepared products on time
  • Ensuring documentation is completed as per GMP guidelines
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve operational excellence
  • Contribute to Baxter's culture of inclusion and diversity
