Job Opportunity:
Alfred Health is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Nutrition Assistant to join our Dietetics and Nutrition Department. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nutritional care to our patients, families, and carers.
About the Role:
This exciting opportunity is available for an Allied Health Assistant to work in conjunction with Dietitians, supporting the provision of nutrition to patients, families, and carers at Alfred Health. You will be responsible for assisting with various clinical interventions, ensuring timely access to high-quality nutritional care. Additionally, you will provide administration support, helping to manage department tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
Requirements:
- Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent qualification (including in Nutrition or Health Science)
- Previous experience working in a healthcare setting and/or Dietetics and Nutrition Department is desirable
- Organised, efficient, and proficient in the use of MS Office applications
