Solutions Professionals connect with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver tailored products and services that meet customer needs. They are responsible for building relationships with key business leaders and driving partnerships with major accounts.

This role reports into the Director, Global Accounts.

This role will be responsible for:

  • Establishing trust with senior decision-makers to identify and pursue new opportunities for growth
  • Developing customized Account Plans for targeted global customers (identification, qualification, validation, executive-level presentation)
  • Providing strategic guidance on business challenges, market trends, and technical requirements, as well as communicating the value and ROI associated with proposed solutions
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for matters specific to each customer, including order management and support case escalation
  • Building and maintaining long-lasting, high-value relationships with customers
  • Cultivating a trusted advisor relationship with customers, enabling them to recommend and refer our services to their peers
  • Clearly communicating progress on monthly/quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Tracking and forecasting key account metrics
  • Identifying and developing opportunities within your region and strategizing ways to expand our customer base
  • Providing insights to company leadership on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers
  • Representing the organization in a professional and positive manner in the marketplace

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in Global Account Management, including strategy development, contract implementation, and team collaboration
  • Familiarity with the AEC industry is highly desirable
  • A strong track record of selling software/SaaS solutions, with expertise in delivering technical demonstrations tailored to customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • An aptitude for listening, negotiating, and presenting to diverse customer demographics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel (up to 50%)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
