About the Position- Provide leadership and project management for neonatal services development;
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive service improvement;
- Develop and implement operational plans for newborn care;
- Ensure high-quality patient care through clinical support and oversight;
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across organization;
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in neonatal specific management and business operations;
- Proven leadership experience;
- Strong established relationships across neonatal ambulatory, in-patient, medical, and emergency services;
- Experience in neonatal service planning and safety;
