HSE professionals seeking a career growth opportunity will thrive in this role.

We are looking for an HSE Administrator to assist the HSEQ Manager in the administration of our HSE system, diving into documentation and our Hammertech platform to create a streamlined and usable system for all stakeholders.

This entry level role is a stepping stone for someone looking to specialize in HSE in the construction environment. It will naturally progress (with mentorship) to a HSE Coordinator role in the future.

Our business is well known for developing staff through to more senior roles and has a mixed demographic, offering a brilliant work environment where your career can thrive.

This is a full-time office role with standard office hours.

We require:

  • An excellent eye for detail
  • Strong IT skills
  • A self-starter who is passionate about developing knowledge, skillset and capabilities
  • Not afraid to get stuck in from day 1
  • Collaborative and curious nature
  • Able to problem solve

Your background should include:

  • Degree of WHS or Diploma WHS completed or near completion (essential)
  • Willingness to pursue a career in construction
  • Demonstrated abilities in administration
  • Australian Citizenship / Melbourne Based
