We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Hotel Housekeeping Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a highly motivated housekeeping team, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.
About the Role- Supervise and lead a team of housekeeping attendants to achieve productivity goals and maintain high-quality service standards.
- Train new room attendants to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Ensure guest requests and special cleaning requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar leadership role in a 4-5 star hotel environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with various tasks in the housekeeping department.
- Flexible availability, including rotating rosters and varying shifts.
- Proactive approach to workplace health and safety requirements.
- Excellent communication and listening skills, with impeccable grooming and presentation.
- A highly motivated and positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
