Hotel Housekeeping Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Housekeeping Lead to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Developing and implementing effective supervision strategies to ensure rooms exceed guest expectations
  • Training and guiding Room Attendants to achieve high standards of cleanliness and customer service
  • Assisting with directing and rostering in conjunction with the Hotel Manager
  • Maintaining and monitoring performance and productivity standards

**About You:**

  • Previous experience in a Hotel Housekeeping Supervision role, preferably in a hotel environment
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Leadership experience with a focus on developing and motivating teams
  • Excellent grooming, presentation, and communication skills
