About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fund Finance Manager to join our team at CBRE. As a Fund Finance Manager, you will be responsible for providing financial reporting and administration services to our clients in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for client portfolios
  • Perform review of property managers' financial statements
  • Prepare BAS and Income Tax returns
  • Prepare annual standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with AIFRS/IFRS
  • Coordinate with client-appointed tax advisors on approved distributions and manage cash flow processes
  • Support the business on onboarding new clients and new portfolios from an accounting perspective
Requirements
  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g. CA or CPA)
  • Experience in preparing financial statements and accounting for transactions in accordance with AIFRS
  • 3-5 years of experience in Real Estate Fund Accounting
  • Working knowledge of Australian Income Tax and Capital Gain Tax
  • Experience of the MRI and Yardi systems
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
