About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Manager - Residential & Retirement Living to oversee the delivery of residential projects, including medium-density and retirement living developments.
You'll be responsible for managing multiple sites, leading site teams, and ensuring each project is delivered to a high standard on time, within budget, and with a strong focus on quality and safety.
This is also a great opportunity for an experienced Site Manager or Senior Site Manager ready to take the next step into a broader, leadership focused role.
Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate multiple residential and retirement living construction projects Manage site-based teams and subcontractors across various locations Maintain project timelines, quality benchmarks, and budgetary targets Collaborate with internal departments, consultants, and external stakeholders Ensure strong compliance with safety procedures and site documentation Report on project status, challenges, and progress to senior management What We're Looking For5-10 yrs experience in a senior construction role within residential building Previous involvement in retirement village or seniors living projects is highly regarded Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills Sound knowledge of trade sequencing, build quality, and site safety White Card, valid driver's licence, and relevant qualifications A proactive and organised approach to construction management What's on Offer Work with a respected builder delivering a mix of residential and retirement living projects Well-structured systems and processes with long-term growth potential Supportive team environment and solid project pipeline Competitive salary and secure role with ongoing opportunities Interested?If you're a Construction Manager with experience across residential and/or retirement living projects, and are looking to join a reliable and reputable builder, I'd love to hear from you.
