Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Portfolio Manager to accelerate their career and lead a portfolio of high-volume stores across Victoria South.

This role involves working closely with the State Manager to drive store performance, operations, and community activations.

You will be responsible for ensuring efficient store operations, achieving sales targets, and motivating Store Managers to achieve optimal results.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring store sales and identifying areas for improvement
  • Effectively managing wage costs and adhering to company rostering standards
  • Counselling and mentoring Store Managers to maintain high team morale and encourage skill development
  • Ensuring OH&S management and adherence to state and national legislation

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as an Area Manager with a portfolio of at least 5 locations
  • A passion for leading and inspiring teams to succeed
  • Strategic thinking and proven track record in driving sales and KPIs
  • Operational and strategic skills with experience in stock control and visual merchandising
  • Franchise experience highly regarded
