The position of Senior Origination Leader, CRE Finance is a critical role within a commercial real estate investment platform based in Brisbane.

The successful candidate will lead the origination of real estate credit transactions across the eastern seaboard, with a focus on QLD. They will contribute towards short and long-term strategies with Founding Partners, manage and deepen relationships with developers, brokers, advisers, and capital partners, oversee deal structuring, term sheet negotiation, and credit submissions, and work closely with investment committees and asset management teams to ensure seamless execution and portfolio oversight.

This opportunity enables an experienced professional to join a well-funded platform at a senior level, with meaningful influence on strategy and growth. The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of experience in real estate private credit, non-bank lending, or structured finance, a deep network across Queensland's property sector, strong credit acumen, and commercial drive.

The successful candidate will have the ability to create and execute effective origination strategies that leverage their knowledge of the QLD market and existing networks.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, brokers, and capital partners. This requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to negotiate and close deals.

The Senior Origination Leader will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the origination process, from initial contact to deal completion. This includes developing and implementing origination strategies, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
