About the Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead our national events.

This role offers a unique opportunity for someone with senior leadership skills and experience managing large teams in the events industry.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead operational excellence across Warehouse, Supply Chain, Logistics and Production & Technical teams
  • Drive innovation within our production methods and technical offerings
  • Manage production schedules, capacity planning and delivery of projects on time and to specification
  • Ensure adherence to best practice WH&S standards and foster a proactive safety culture
About You
  • Senior leadership skills as well as strong senior operational skills within the events industry
  • Proven experience in an operations leadership role (preferably within events, exhibitions, experiential or event supplier)
  • Strong people leadership and mentoring skills across varied teams
Key Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in operations leadership roles within the events industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
