I've been building tech and operations for over a decade, and let me tell you, there's nothing quite like working on something that genuinely changes lives. At Updoc, we're shaping the future of healthcare and we're looking for Senior Operations Manager to join our team and help us build operations and technology that connects patients, doctors, medical professionals, and pharmacies across the country.

Now, this isn't your average healthcare gig. We're scrappy, curious, and unapologetically nerdy. Our team comes from some of the best global tech companies think Canva, Uber, Amazon but we don't have room for egos here. We thrive on collaboration, coffee-fuelled debates about healthcare service delivery, behavioural science and the latest technology. What You'll Be Doing

• Become the voice of the company as you build, motivate and work with a team of ops people
• Interacting with customers and external stakeholders daily to ensure they have a great experience, and implement business process engineering
• Build customer and external stakeholder support processes that can scale to 10x volume and ensure every doctor receives exceptional service
• Own projects from start to finish. If it breaks, we fix it together (but don't worry, we've got great monitoring)

About You

• You love solving people and process challenges as much as technical problems
• You've spent 3+ years using data to solve real business challenges, strategy consulting, high-paced ops, investment banking or similar
• You're the kind of person who runs toward messy problems, not away from them. You bring structure to chaos and uncover insights through sharp, data-backed thinking
• You thrive when running projects end-to-end, even in ambiguity. You're organised under pressure, adapt quickly, and know how to keep multiple plates spinning without dropping any
• You'll be operating as an individual contributor and coach for others depending on the skillset you bring
