Senior Operations Manager Job

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Operations Manager to lead our service delivery and operational functions across countries.

About the Role
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, manage delivery teams, and ensure service excellence across procurement, logistics, container solutions, and trade compliance.
  • Play a key role in scaling capabilities and aligning systems, people, and processes to support cross-border growth.
  • Solve complex problems and make informed decisions that drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with executive and client advisory teams to support market entry strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sourcing, logistics, project execution, and container operations across countries.
  • Oversee procurement delivery, supplier management, and client fulfilment.
  • Drive operational performance, process improvement, and KPI management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards in both countries.

What We're Looking for:

  • 5+ years in senior operational or supply chain leadership.
  • Experience in international procurement, logistics, or trade operations.
  • Strong understanding of import/export processes and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage service delivery across countries or remote teams.
