Job Title:

Strategic Growth Director


Job Summary:

The Strategic Growth Director will define and execute our business development strategy, manage and mentor a team, and own key relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage the business development team, setting priorities and processes for growth.
  2. Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with financial applications, institutional players, and ecosystem partners.
  3. Nurture high-value relationships, maintaining engagement and driving successful deal execution.
  4. Pitch products to partners, tailoring narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
  5. Navigate complex sales processes, including managing RFPs and legal reviews.
  6. Develop sales enablement materials to support BD efforts.
  7. Track, analyze, and report on BD initiatives.
  8. Bring insights from partners and market trends back to influence product roadmaps.
  9. Represent the organization at conferences, talks, and industry events.

  • Strong leadership and management skills.
