Speech Pathologist Role
Job DescriptionAs a Speech Pathologist, you will be working with NDIS participants who require complex communication support. You will be part of a national team providing clinical services to participants aged 0-65, and work across various environments including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, telehealth, and office-based settings.
You will have the opportunity to work with clients who have various presentations, diagnoses, and disability types. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting individuals with complex needs and wants to make a positive impact in their lives.
Required Skills and QualificationsKey qualifications for this role include:
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
- Registration with SPA
- Previous experience as a Speech Pathologist working with NDIS participants in a clinical or community setting (preferred)
- A car and licence
- A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or able to acquire one for client-facing roles
