Trainee Community Worker Job Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to work with aged care clients living in the community.

As a Trainee Community Worker, you will receive on-the-job training and complete your studies while being paid, allowing you to gain valuable experience and skills.

  • On-the-job training provided
  • Regular clients and hours
  • Permanent part-time roles
  • Flexible days/hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:

  • Visit clients in their homes and provide support services including domestic assistance, shopping trips, personal care, meal preparation, transportation, and social activities.

Requirements:

  • Ability to pass a National Police Check
  • Ability to pass and receive a Working with Vulnerable Persons Card (WVPC)
  • Current NSW driver's licence
  • Reliable, registered vehicle with full comprehensive insurance
  • Regular availability
  • Australian or New Zealand citizen or Permanent resident
