As a Senior Change Analyst, you will focus on delivering change management plans for technology-related projects, collaborating with technical teams to communicate complex changes to stakeholders, and engaging with diverse stakeholder groups to understand impacts and tailor change approaches.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and deliver change management plans for technology-related projects.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex changes into stakeholder-friendly communication and training.
  • Engage with diverse stakeholder groups to understand impacts and tailor change approaches.
  • Deliver change activities, including stakeholder impact assessments, communications, and readiness activities.
  • Manage and report on change progress, adoption rates, and resistance points.

**What We Offer:**

$90,000 per annum, plus flexible working arrangements and exposure to working alongside a well-established Australian University.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Senior Change Analyst role in a project delivery environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in the application of Change Management methodology (e.g. PROSCI).
  • Strong understanding of IT project lifecycles and the impacts of technology change on users.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in technical environments.
