Job Description:

  • Assess and integrate new Hardware into Microsoft Configuration Manager for OSD ensuring all drivers and required driver apps are installed
  • Assist application packagers with advanced packaging issues, help mentor junior packagers, maintain Management tools/servers (Microsoft Configuration Manager, Adaptiva), and assist with keeping tools/servers versions up to date
  • Help identify any improvements to the application packaging process, keep Work Instructions (WI's) up to date, and assist Applications Senior, Architects and Security with testing and implementing any SOE configuration changes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">
  • 2+ Years of experience in application packaging
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Configuration Manager and Adaptiva on Windows server systems
  • Good trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and standards
  • Good knowledge of Powershell and SQL
  • Some knowledge and or experience with Intune and Office 365
