Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to manage the engineering aspects of a $70 million education project located on the lower Northern Beaches.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project engineering and be able to oversee and manage engineering tasks, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage engineering tasks and ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions
  • Establish and manage organized documentation control systems
  • Assist in preparing and evaluating contractual claims and variations
  • Generate regular reports on project financials
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration with subcontractors and suppliers
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Engineer on projects ranging between $30 million and $100 million
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project engineering within the construction industry
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
