Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A professional background in energy or renewable energy sector
  • A working knowledge of the vocational education system
  • Proven experience as a director or chair on professional boards, particularly in audit, risk, or governance committees
  • Independence: must not hold an executive or officers' position or have a financial interest or is in a senior decision-making role in the Member organisation in which they are employed
  • Leadership Potential: Capability and interest in assuming the role of Chair, if required
