Job Title: Centre Director

As a Centre Director, you will lead a team providing high-quality early childhood education and care to children. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the provision of a safe, inclusive, responsive, and supportive environment that reflects the interests and needs of the child.

To achieve this, you will develop partnerships with families and the community, profiling and marketing the service. You will also be responsible for creating an educational program that aligns with the Early Years Learning and Development Framework and the National Quality Framework.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education as approved by the Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority.
  • Demonstrated understanding of quality frameworks and continuous quality improvement processes.
  • Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of early childhood development and education.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Early Years Learning and Development Framework and the National Quality Framework.
