Job Title: Finance and Billing Coordinator

This is a newly created opportunity for a Legal Administrator/Legal EA/Legal Secretary to move into a finance team of a global firm.

The role involves using practice floor billing experience to help manage the billing and accounts needs of Sydney and Melbourne offices of this global law firm.

You will work directly with another Billing Coordinator, reporting into a down-to-earth and approachable Head of Admin.

Your responsibilities include managing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Billing, and reporting in a well-rounded finance/accounts position that offers variety and new daily challenges.

About You:

  • You are a Legal Administrator/Legal EA/Legal Secretary who wants to move into finance/accounts.
  • You have hands-on billing experience with a legal accounts system, preferably Elite or Aderant Expert.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and have strong communication skills.
