Global Finance Director

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to assume a key leadership position in our global organization. As Global Group Financial Controller, you will oversee strategic financial planning, consolidation, reporting, governance, and compliance across multiple entities.
- Develop and implement financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting strategies that align with our organizational objectives
- Deliver timely and accurate financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Manage treasury, cash flow, and intercompany transactions, ensuring seamless operations across regions
- Leverage analytics and technology to drive process improvements and optimize business performance
- Mentor and develop high-performing finance teams across different regions
The ideal candidate will possess a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification, strong technical accounting skills, and experience in multi-entity and multi-currency environments. Proficiency in ERP systems, such as NetSuite, is also essential, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.
