About the Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Compliance Administrator to join our Brisbane office team, working 2-4 days per month at our Cloncurry site. This role is perfect for those who enjoy administrative functions and want to make a real impact in our operations.

The Job

This full-time role forms a vital part of our project team, responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on time. You will be the go-to person for contract management, invoicing, and compliance coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage contract rates and ensure timely invoicing to clients
  • Ensure adherence to contract conditions regarding rates and services
  • Collate and attach relevant paperwork for invoicing procedures
  • Experience with accounts payable and purchasing
  • Create and action purchase orders
  • Maintain employee compliance and scheduling medical appointments
  • Manage employee personnel files and schedule flights and accommodation
  • Assist Project Manager with safety equipment stock and maintain inductions register
  • General office filing and ordering stationery
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Secondary or tertiary education
  • Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Email management, data entry, and spreadsheet experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Compliance coordination experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise projects
  • Proven ability to adapt quickly to new systems
